Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment. For our “first-appointment-of-the-day” clients, our doors are open 15 minutes prior to the official spa opening time. This will allow you time to complete or update the required paperwork and prepare you for your service(s). As some of our services require a clothing change, a late arrival may make it necessary for us to reduce the time we are able to spend on your first service.
We love children, but the atmosphere of the spa is designed for adults. So please make childcare arrangements – we want your spa visit to be your time. It is our goal to provide you with the opportunity to enjoy total relaxation and rejuvenation before returning to your busy life.
We will happily book services for customers who are under the age of 18, but a parent or guardian must co-sign their Waiver of Liability and Consent Release Form, and must also be present in the service room for any closed-door service.
We at Body & Sole Day Spa~Salon respect your valuable time by doing our very best to make sure that all of your services begin on schedule. In order to do this, each service is booked in advance, at a specific time, with a specific technician. We do not double-book. While we understand that unexpected things do happen, our hard-working technicians are paid on a commission basis, and so we ask that you respect their time as much as we respect yours, and take appropriate responsibility for the appointments you make.
If you must cancel, please phone the spa at least 24 hours prior to your appointment for individual service reservations, and at least 48 hours prior to multiple-service or multiple-person reservations. Our Front Desk Administrators will be happy to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment for you if you call during business hours, or you may leave a message on our spa message center after hours.
If you wait until the day of your appointment to phone the spa to cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to charge you 50% of the cost of your booked services. If you do not phone to cancel and you do not show up for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge you 100% of the cost of your booked services.
At the time you make your appointment with us, we will ask for a credit card or applicable gift card number to secure your appointment. One of these numbers will be used in the event that a late cancellation or no-show charge is warranted.
Body & Sole Day Spa gift cards may not be used for tipping.
At Body & Sole Day Spa, we strive to provide an uplifting, relaxing, and memorable experience for all of our customers. We absolutely want your experience to be enjoyable and fun, and that is why we ask that you respect the needs of our other clients for an escape into the quiet and tranquility of our spa. Accordingly, when you arrive at the spa, we request that you turn your cell phones and pagers off, and leave your worries at home.
Body & Sole Day Spa~Salon is not liable for loss of or damage to personal items. We provide lockers where you may store your clothing, purse or bag, but we strongly suggest that you do not bring valuables that must be removed and stored during a service – they are often forgotten!
